DELIVERY INFORMATION


When will the order be dispatched?

The delivery depends on the availability of the items, it is normally showing on the product sheet.

You can also check the progress of your order, or latest order status, by visiting My Account

You will also receive a Dispatch email from us, containing your Tracking number, normally one business day before your order due date.

The form of contract between us.

Upon receiving an email or your Order's status have changed to 'Shipped' - this is when our contract is form. 

How much does delivery cost ?


Delivery costs will be calculated base on the total weights of the order. And this will be calculated by our system automatically and the available shipping methods and cost will be displayed at Checkout process.

Is your country delivered ?


We are very sorry that we are unable to ship any live shrimp order to European Union countries, nor the United States. This is due to Brexit regulations have changed ever since.

For dry goods, we do ship world wide, to every where in the world. 

Please kindly send us an email, or get in touch with us if the system cannot work it out automatically.

When does the delivery start ?


After you have completed the Checkout, we will proceed with processing your order, validating the order.

For all order contains Live Shrimp, we will NOT post any orders until we have the confirmation from you regarding the delivery date.

Please note, we can only send Live Shrimp Order from Monday to Thursday only. If you would want your order to arrive on a Saturday, please select Saturday Guarantee delivery option at checkout. 

For all other orders, we offer same day dispatch if your ordered is placed before 2pm. Any orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. (Monday for orders received after 2pm on Friday)

How long does the delivery take ?


For Special Delivery option, the order is guaranteed to received the next working day (by Royal Mail)

For any orders that shipped via Tracked 24 method, 95% of the shipments will arrive the next working day. Sometimes there would be a slight delay by 1 working day (this is by Royal Mail)

All orders qualify for free shipping will be depending on what type of products, normally we will dispatch using Tracked 24 (neocaridina orders) or by Special Delivery (premium caridina shrimp) 

Are there any Custom fees or taxes

For any parcels outside the United Kingdom, may include Customs taxes & duty fees. However we will try our best to help you out.

Please check your country's specific regulations on import fees.

This is not our responsibility, Shrimp Corner is not responsible for these added extra costs.

If you refused to pay for these Custom charges and your order is returned to us. We will deduct the shipping costs and any admin charges incurred from the Shipping company. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION


What are the payment options ?


At the time of checkout your order, you will be offered with a choice of payment methods including Bank Transfer to our business bank account, and by Debit/ Credit Card via secure platform, powered by Stripe.

We accepts majority of debit & credit cards including American Express, JCB etc.. and all the details and payments will be processed by Stripe.

Available on request, we also accept Paypal and Paypal Pay in 3. However, there will be a 4.5% fees added to the final total if paying via Paypal. If you would like to pay by Paypal, please place the order as Bank Transfer option. Then please kindly leave a note on your order and we will send an invoice via Paypal for the total amount.

Full payment is required prior dispatching of any orders.

Please note: all payments are processed on secure platforms. We do not have access to any of your banking information

When will the payment be captured ?


The payment will be captured by Stripe after you completed the checkout. 

We will then process your order, checking for the stocks to make sure we have stocks. After this we will mark the Order as "Processing Order" status. This is when the payment will be debited from your cards.

With pre-order orders, payments will be captured at the same time the order is placed. In the event we failed to source the stock or having any problem. We will issue the refund back to the original payment method.

How do I place an order ?


Simply browse through our website, either from the front page, or by going into specific category you are interested in from the menu at the top of the site. Select the item you are interested in by clicking on its image to see its detailed description and photos. 

You can then select the item, also the grade of the shrimp that you are interested in, as well as the desired quantity. 

Finally, click Add to Cart button. 

You can access Your Shopping Cart by clicking the Cart button at the top right of the website, under the Search box.

To place an order, all you have to do is filling in the required forms for shipping & payment details.

A confirmation screen will be shown after you have completed the Checkout. There will also be a confirmation email sent to your registered email address

Can you order without registering for an account ?


Absolutely yes, however you will miss out on the Reward points, which can be redeemed for discounts or free gift.

Register for an account


Click on the link My Account at the bottom of Useful Information at the bottom of the page. 

At the section where it says: "No account? Create one here" - this will take you to the Registration page.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the Registration page here

Fill in the require information fields and click the Save button


How to update your information


Click on the link My Account at the bottom of Useful Information at the bottom of the page. 

Then select Account Information, Address or Dashboard to add or modify information.


Forgot Your Password ? 


Click on the link My Account at the bottom of Useful Information at the bottom of the page. 

Then click on Forgot Your Password? - this will take you to Password Recovery page. Simply enter your email address and click Send Reset Link

Assumed that you have already have an account with us, a password reset email with instructions will be sent to the address provided. Simply follow the instructions to change your password
