RETURNS POLICY

DRY GOOD

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have ordered from us, please send them back - within 14 days; in original condition that they have arrived with together with all the packaging, complete with original labels.

Please note for any products that has seal, like Saltyshrimp, Glasgarten products and others, we do not accept return unless the product is faulty from the manufacture.

When you are sending back an order, please make sure you include the order number and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Upon safe receipt of your return, we will refund you the purchased amount MINUS the original postage cost. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund process to be completed.

In the event that the item sent back to us in an unsuitable condition, including not the product we have sent out to you; we reserve the right to reject the refund and send it back to you at your expense.

If the errors are from us, we will pay for your return postage upon receipt of the return. The refund for postage is based on Royal Mail tariff at the time of the return.

Please note Live shrimps are perishable items therefore NO RETURN is accepted under any circumstances.

In the event of dead on arrival, we will issue refund in store credit to your Account with us.
